Box Score Millersville, Pennsylvania -- The Millersville women's lacrosse team's home winning streak ended at four games as Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival and No.6 West Chester won by an 11-6 score Tuesday.

Sabrina Fusco broke the ice with a goal off senior
Renee Landis' assist in the opening three minutes of the game. The duo of Fusco and Landis looked ready to lead the upset over their nationally ranked opponent. However, the Golden Rams answered less than two minutes later to tie the score at 1-1. West Chester exploded for two more goals in the eighth minute of the game. The Golden Rams scored their fourth unanswered goal in the 19th minute to lead the Marauders 4-1. Senior

Erin Fagan's goal in the 21st minute to cut the West Chester lead to two. In the 26th minute, West Chester would score their fifth first half goal. West Chester entered halftime leading Millersville 5-2.
West Chester's final goal of the first half was the first goal of their second four goal scoring run. The Golden Rams scored three goals in the first seven minutes of the second half to lead the Marauders 8-2.
Callie Kavanaugh ended the Millersville scoring drought with her seventh goal of the season in the ninth minute of the second half. Five minutes later, Landis buried her seventh goal of the season off of Davis' assist to bring the score to 8-4. West Chester scored 35 seconds later to end Millersville's comeback hopes. The Marauders and the Golden Rams traded goals until the game ended 11-6.
Millersville will look to end its two game losing streak at PSAC rival Indiana University March 25 at 1 p.m.
