
Marauders Collect PSAC Qualifying Spots at Susquehanna Open

Selinsgrove, Pa. – The Millersville men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up its indoor regular season by collecting several PSAC qualifying spots one week before the championships.
On the men's side, Ryan Griffith qualified for the finals in the 55-meter hurdles, running a time of 8.29 seconds. In the finals he would better his time by sprinting his way to a third-place finish in a time of 8.09 seconds. The personal best puts him fourth all-time at Millersville and earned him a PSAC qualifier.
Keith Ogden picked up a PSAC qualifier in the 55-meter dash. Ogden finished second in the finals, running a time of 6.63 seconds. The time was slightly faster than his preliminary time of 6.68 seconds.
Anthony Adamski placed second in the 200-meter dash out of 45 competitors, running a time of 23.16 seconds.
For the women's team Brittany Yanora took first place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.98 seconds. Yanora earned a PSAC qualifier in the 55-meter dash. Her second place finish would be a personal best, running a time of 7.34 seconds
Katherine Lennex followed right behind Yanora in the 55-meter dash. Lennex finished the race in 7.59 seconds to take third place and earn a PSAC qualifier. She also finished second in the long jump reaching a distance of 5.01 meters.
The PSAC Indoor Championships begin Feb. 26, and run through Feb. 27. The host of this year's championships is Edinboro University.
