Two-time All-PSAC selection Kiera Baughman joined the Millersville women's basketball coach staff prior to the 2026-27 season.
Baughman coached with and played for Jennifer Smith at Lock Haven. As a coach in 2025-26, she helped lead Lock Haven to a third consecutive PSAC East title. In 2024-25, Baughman served as a team captain, scored her 1,000th career point and earned All-PSAC East First Team and CSC Academic All-District honors while winning a PSAC East title.
A Lancaster County native who played her high school basketball at nearby Donegal, Baughman averaged 14.4 points per game in her one season at Lock Haven. Before her grad season, she played at IUP, earning All-PSAC West First Team honors in 2023. She continued her playing career as a professional with Klubi Sportiv Tirana in Albania.
Baughman's playing and coaching roots are in Central Pennsylvania. Before serving as Smith's assistant at Lock Haven, Baughman coached the Lady Raiders, an AAU team with players from York, Lancaster and Dauphin counties. She also conducted private coaching lessons for youth and high school players at Spooky Nook Sports Complex.
She earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from IUP in 2024 and a master's degree in business administration from Lock Haven in 2025.
