Joe Malone

Joe Malone, a 1972 graduate of Millersville, serves as the football team's director of alumni relations and assists with the offensive line.
Joe was a standout center for the Marauders, starting for four seasons and earning All-PSAC East First Team honors in 1971. He played in the first seasons under legendary coach Dr. Gene Carpenter and helped Millersville to its first winning season in eight years. He was an ECAC All-Star as well.
Malone was inducted into Millersville's Wall of Honor in 2025.
After graduation, Malone taught in the Governor Mifflin School District for 35 years and served as a counselor of the Boys' and Girls' Club in Lancaster.
