2016-17: Dominated the short yardage freestyle events for the Marauders...Set the top times in the 50-yard, 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle while finishing in the top-20 in each event at the PSAC Champs...Finished 11th with a time of 24.64 in the 50-yard freestyle...Finished 18th with a time of 53.73 in the 100-yard freestyle...Finished 19th with a time of 1:57.90 in the 200-yard freestyle...Participated in three relay teams at PSAC Champs that posted times for Millersville...Was a member of the 400-yard Medley relay that finished with a time of 4:01.88 at PSAC Champs...Was a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that finished with a time of 1:39.67 at PSAC Champs...Was a member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished with a time of 3:40.06 at PSAC Champs...Was a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay that finished with a time of 7:59.63 at PSAC Champs...Helped the team reach its highest PSAC Champs point total in school history (308).

2015-16: Swam arguably her best at the PSAC Championships...Placed 20th at the conference meet in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.88, which was the third fastest in program history...Finished 14th in the 100-yard freestyle at PSAC's with a recorded time of 53.97, which improved her top to fourth best in Marauder history...Participated in all four relay events at PSAC's with the top Marauder finish (seventh) coming in the 800-yard freestyle relay with a mark of 7:55.49...Finished first in the 100-yard butterfly on Oct. 31 in a dual against Lock Haven...Helped the Marauders accumulate 175 team points at the PSAC Championships which represented the second most points in program history. The eighth place finish also represented the Marauders' best at the conference meet since 2006.

2014-15: Qualified in four individual events at the PSAC Championships and four relay events...Placed 30th at the PSAC Championships in the 100-yard freestyle with a season best time of 54.65...Helped the 200-yard freestyle relay team finish second at the F&M Invitational with the fourth fastest time in Millersville history (1:38.85)...Finished 12th at the F&M Invitational in the 50-yard freestyle with a personal best time of 25.17...Top time of 5:38.28 in the 500-yard freestyle earned Rachel a second place finish against Kutztown...Helped the 800-yard freestyle relay team achieve a ninth place finish at the PSAC Championships with a recorded time of 7:59.55...Key cog in the Marauders 400-yard freestyle relay team all season with its top result of 3:41.26 in the conference championships.

2013:14: Swam in eight different events during her freshman year at Millersville...Helped set school records in both the 200-yard and 800-yard freestyle relays...Qualified for two individual events at the PSAC Championships and four relay events...School record in the 200-free relay came in 1:38.16 at the conference meet and good for a ninth place finish...Program record of 7:52.45 in the 800-free relay broke the previous record by almost six seconds and vaulted the Marauders into eighth place at the PSAC meet...Placed 36th at the conference championships in both the 50 free (25.25) and 100-free (54.97)...Owns the third best time in school history in the 50-free and sixth best time in the 100 free.

High School: Won an impressive 11 varsity letters while competing in cross country, swimming, soccer, and track and field...Two time team PAC-10 champion in swimming...Team championships in both soccer and cross country...Named second-team all-conference in swimming and honorable mention all-area swimming....Named MVP both junior and senior year for high school swim team...Named MVp for track in her sophomore year...Earned honorable mention all-conference track honors...Best time in 50-meter freestyle was 25.32...Best time in 100-meter freestyle was 54.27...Best time in 200-meter freestyle was 2:01.67
