Andrew Hale joined the Millersville women's swimming coaching staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2023-24 season.
Hale comes to Millersville after a stellar swimming career as a student-athlete at Shippensburg University. He was a 16-time PSAC individual placewinner and a six-time All-PSAC honoree. He was a part of six relay teams that placed at the PSAC Championships. He competed at the conference championships in six different individual events.
Hale graduated from Shippensburg University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in history/social studies and minors in coaching and exercise science.
Hale's coaching career began as a summer swim coach for the Northern Virginia Swim League beginning in 2016, working with swimmers ages 5-18. He is the current head coach of the Rolling Hills Seahawks.
