Stuart Pradia

Stuart Pradia joined Millersville's coaching staff prior to the 2017-18 season. Pradia arrived at Millersville with a wide range of experience at the collegiate and professional levels. 

A 2005 graduate of Brandeis University, Pradia has compiled more than a decade in the game as a coach and working in the front office. With coaching stops in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Pradia is familiar and established recruiting Millersville's pipeline.

In addition to his collegiate experience, Pradia spent the 2012-13 season as the basketball operations assistant with the Houston Rockets, one of the most respected front offices in the NBA. He assisted players in on-court skill workouts, produced statistical analysis reports and compiled college and international player evaluations for draft preparation. He served as the director of basketball operations and assistant coach for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the NBA G League, and went on to work two years as a game review and global strategy analyst with the NBA. Most recently, Pradia spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Montclair State. 

After a playing career at Brandeis, Pradia quickly entered the coaching ranks, coaching at Washington & Lee, Washington College and Gettysburg College over the next six years. He helped engineer turnarounds at both Washington & Lee and Washington College, and at Gettysburg, he was a part of a conference championship appearance developing three players who signed professional contracts. In his two seasons at Montclair, the program improved its win total each season and saw a five-win boost from the season before his arrival. 

Pradia's earned his bachelor's degree in sociology, and also graduated with a master's degree in history from Washington College in 2009.
