Millersville

Chris Conway first joined Casey Stitzel's coaching staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2017-18 season. He was elevated to the program's full-time assistant coach prior to the 2019-20 season. He has quickly helped the Marauders reach the postseason in all three seasons on staff. 

Prior to coming to Millersville, Conway spent one season as an assistant coach at Albright College. Conway worked with the guards, assisted in recruiting, game plans, individual workouts, academics and social media management. Conway saw two players earn All-MAC honors and the team reached the second round of the conference tournament. Conway has extensive experience with camps and clinics. 

A 2016 graduate of York College, Conway was a two-time team captain and three-time winner of the Iron Spartan Award (for preseason strength and conditioning) and the Spartan of the Year Award (for best resembling the character of a Spartan). Conway served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and graduated with a 3.0 GPA in public relations with minors in marketing communications and speech communications. 

In addition to his coaching duties at Albright, Conway served as the game manager for all fall and spring home sporting events. He also previously served as a public relations intern with the York Revolution. 

Conway earned a master's degree in sports management from Millersville in 2019.
