2011: Became one of the team's top five runners...Fourth on the team and 163rd overall at the Iona Meet of Champions...Third on the team and 36th overall with a time of 28:23.1 at the Slippery Rock Invitational on Oct. 8...Took 57th with a career-best time of 26:41.5 at the PSAC Championship...Time of 35:09 was good for third on the team and 69th overall at the NCAA Atlantic Regonal on Nov. 5.

2010: Ran in five events including the PSAC Championship...Posted a season-best time of 27:47.7 and placed ninth at the Friends of Sarah Open on Oct. 9.

High School: Ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track...Named All-Ches-Mont Second Team in cross country...Team won Ches-Mont title and posted a 5-1 dual record...Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Charles and Mary Mains...Has one younger sister...Majoring in technology education.
