BLOOMSBURG, Pa. — The Marauders were downed by Bloomsburg in a PSAC duel as the Huskies strong play in singles competition pushed them to a 6–1 win.
The Marauders got the start they were looking for in doubles play, winning two of the three opening matches.
Lino Morin and
Sebas Castro opened the dual with a 6–1 win over Vishesh Patel and Sergio Dilan, and
Victor Suarez and
Sandor Wulf had an identical result against Fernando Barros and Jaime Soria.
However, the Huskies responded in the singles slate with a dominant performance, sweeping the second half of the day to take the 6–1 victory.
Millersville concludes its PSAC regular season play with a 3–2 record and have one last dual on the docket while currently holding an 8–8 overall record. 'Ville will take on Goucher at 1 p.m. on April 26 at McComsey Tennis Courts before beginning the PSAC Tournament.
