  • Senior Jordan Plempel finished first in four events in the dual against Lock Haven and has also earned PSAC cut times in multiple events this season. She ranks second in the PSAC in the 400-yard individual medley, posting a 4:35.64 on Nov. 23. She is third in the 100 IM with a 1:01.99 on Oct. 11. She is also sixth in the 200 after a 2:09.51 on Nov. 22.

Jewels Hepner posted top-four times in all three freestyle sprints during the 2024 calendar year and is just .04 off the school record in the 100. SCOUTING THE KNIGHTS

  • The Arcadia Knights have had a slow start to their season that began on Oct. 12 against York College. Since their opening weekend, the team has fallen to 0-5 in duals.
  • The Knights' most recent meet came on Dec. 7 against Kean University. Despite the loss, the team had some standout moments. Brooke Boyd had a strong performance for the Knights in the 200 free. Mikayla Scardino placed fourth in the 50 free. And the 200 free relay team took third place overall.

SCOUTING THE DIPLOMATS
