HILTON HEAD, S.C. - Fairmont State stayed undefeated on the season by blanking Millersville 7-0 on Thursday.
Fairmont State improved to 5-0 while Millersville's record fell to 1-5.
While Millersville failed to win a match, several Marauders played closely contested matches, forcing tiebreakers in three sets.
Zach Pernia and
Jasper de Koning lost a narrow 7-6 (7-3) decision at No. 2 doubles. In singles,
Lino Morin won his first set 6-2 over Seena Saadevandi, but Saadevandi won a second-set tiebreaker 7-6 (7-4) and then took the match tiebreaker, 10-4.

Thursday's match capped Millersville's spring break trip to South Carolina. The Marauders return to campus to take on Frostburg State on March 18.
