LANCASTER, Pa. - The Marauders thought of no better way to honor their redshirt senior, Maddi Stoner, than with a big win over Messiah to kick off 2023.
Millersville outscored Messiah 149-113 while taking first in 11 of the 14 events.
"Overall, some very encouraging swims for this time of year," said Coach Eric Usbeck.

Millersville is back in action tomorrow in a dual meet against Saint Francis at 2 p.m.

- Lindsay Robbins swam a PSAC qualifying time in the 50-yard freestyle (25.58).
- Jordan Plempel set a new school record in the 400 IM (4:49.85) and placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:09.24).
- Ava Adiletti placed fourth in the 100-yard breastroke with a time of 1:11.46, only .19 seconds from the PSAC cut time.
- Ilana Jacobson finished sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:12.00, less than one second from the PSAC qualifying time.
