FROSTBURG, Md. - It took the No. 2-ranked team in the NCAA Atlantic Region to bring an end to Millersville's winning streak, and even then, it came by the narrowest of margins, 4-3.
Charleston (13-7) snapped the Marauders nine-match winning streak. Millersville (13-6) came into the match ranked No. 8 in the region, and the close loss, in which the Marauders split singles, should not harm the ranking. The loss was Millersville's first loss since March 19.
