ORLANDO, Fla. - A short-handed Millersville men's tennis team closed its trip to Florida with a 5-2 loss to Northwood on Friday.
The Marauders have dropped three of the last four to fall to 3-3 on the season. Northwood improved to 4-9.
MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
• While
Carlos Martinez-Lucas and
Frank Yanni continued to roll at No. 1 doubles, winning by a 6-3 score, neither of the Marauder seniors would be fully available in singles play. Martinez-Lucas was scratched from the lineup, and in his place at No. 1 singles, Yanni retired after dropping his first set.

Dylan Tull (No. 3) and
Lino Morin (No. 4) moved up a spot in the lineup and provided the Marauders with their two points. Tull won 6-3, 7-5 over Maharsh Patel, and Morin scored a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 4.
