MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Millersville women's soccer team fell to No. 22 Bloomsburg on Saturday afternoon, 2-0. Today marked the Marauders' first trip to Bloomsburg since the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Title game a little over a year ago.
The Marauders played a tough first half against one of the nations' top-25 teams, holding the Huskies to no shots on-goal in order to enter halftime in a scoreless tie. Â
Bloomsburg would break the tie early in second-half play as Campbell Power and Molly Groff assisted Nicole Varano in what would end up being the game-winning score.
The Huskies tacked on an insurance goal in the 75', which led to the 2-0 result.

Rachel Leisher led the Marauders with a team-high two shots on-goal, both coming in the final 40 minutes of action.
• The Huskies held an edge in total shots 15-8, and shots on-goal 7-5.
