REACTION FROM COACH MATT HELSEL
•
On the team's performance in its first dual: "It was a good outing for our first head-to-head match of the year. It was a stern test from a short-handed team that came to fight. Frank and Carlos did ag reat job of preserving the doubles point for us. In singles, we got to showcase our depth. UDC played two great matches at one and two singles and were very competitive on the other courts too. But our depth carried us through. Santiago, Dylan and Brandon were all pushed hard, but they were ultimately able to finish, and that's a great sign.
