One Day Give set for Thursday, Feb. 27

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - For 131 years, Millersville Athletics has built lifelong relationships and created memories that last a lifetime. On Thursday, Feb. 27, you can give provide the same opportunities to future Marauders by contributing during Millersville University's One Day Give. Team challenges and incentives are set to help supporters multiply their gifts.
The One Day Give is a key component to Millersville Athletics reaching its "Imagine the Possible" campaign goal of $6 million. During Thursday's One Day Give, alumni and supporters are encouraged to "Give to What You Love" and share their gifts and messages on social media to spread awareness of the event.
New for 2020 is an athletics leaderboard, and thanks to the generosity of the Millersville University Alumni Association, there is incentive to finish at the top. The team with the most gifts at the conclusion of the One Day Give will receive an additional $1,000 gift. Teams finishing in first and second place in total dollars raised with receive an additional $500 gift. The team with the highest percentage of alumni participation will receive $2,500 in scholarships.
Millersville Athletics corporate sponsor Northwestern Mutual has also agreed to donate $100 for each of the first 100 gifts--up to $10,000.
