CAREER ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
Sunflower Greene (Track and Field)
Sunflower Greene is the only two-time NCAA Champion in the history of Millersville University, winning the shot put at the 2018 and 2019 NCAA Indoor Championships. She also finished second in the shot put at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Championships. Greene is a two-time PSAC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year and two-time PSAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year as well as the MVP of both the 2018 PSAC Outdoor Championships and the 2019 PSAC Indoor Championships. She was also named USTFCCCA Indoor Field Athlete of the Year twice.
Greene holds PSAC records in the indoor shot put and weight throw and the outdoor shot put and hammer throw. She set championship records in all four events as well. In 2018, she became the first athlete to win both the shot put and weight throw at the PSAC Championships and then accomplished that feat again in 2019. Greene is a winner of eight individual PSAC championships and qualified for both the NCAA Indoor Championships and outdoor championships three times.
Kyle Finsterbush (Men's Soccer)
Kyle Finsterbush's play on defense helped the Millersville men's soccer team reach the PSAC Championship game three times and to a PSAC title victory in his senior season of 2018. His team reached the NCAA Tournament in 2015 and 2018.
A highly-regarded defender, Finsterbush is one of just two players in program history to be named All-PSAC four times and the only Marauder ever to be named All-Atlantic Region four times. He was an All-PSAC FIrst Team selection in 2016 and an all-region first team pick as a senior.
A testament to his consistency and reliability, Finsterbush never missed a game in his career, starting in all 78 of the Marauders' games in that span. He scored five goals and totaled seven assists in his career, however, his most significant contributions came on defense. Three times, his unit ranked in the top four in the PSAC in goals allowed, and it ranked first in 2015.
DISTINGUISHED SCHOLAR-ATHLETE
Aliza Mizak (Field Hockey)
The only four-time All-American in the storied history of the Millersville field hockey program, senior Aliza Mizak is also a standout in the classroom, posting a 3.77 cumulative GPA as an early childhood and special education major.
