
Third annual Dining with Champions Scholarship Dinner and Auction to feature Nancy Lieberman as keynote speaker

Millersville, Pa. - Millersville University Athletics will host its third annual Dining with Champions Scholarship Dinner and Auction on Wednesday, April 10 in Pucillo Gymnasium. The event features a reception, silent auction, dinner, and keynote speaker Nancy Lieberman, who is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame and a two-time Olympian. All proceeds from the event support student-athlete scholarships and programs.
Dining with Champions will celebrate Millersville's finest athletes and their achievements. The reception and silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m., with dinner following at 7 p.m. Awards for Male and Female Career Achievement, Distinguished Scholar-Athlete, Core Values, Community Service and Faculty Mentor will be presented after dinner.
The keynote speaker, Nancy Lieberman, is a pioneer in athletics as a two-time women's basketball national player of the year and Broderick Award winner at Old Dominion and member of two Olympic teams. Lieberman's successful basketball career as both an amateur and professional was recognized when she was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1996. Lieberman served as a head coach and general manager in the WNBA and also broke down barriers by becoming the head coach of a NBA G League team. In 2015, she became the NBA's second female assistant coach when she was hired by the Sacramento Kings. Lieberman also served as the first ever female BIG3 head coach. In addition to her athletic achievements, Lieberman is a philanthropic leader and proud mom.
Tickets for the event are $100 for an individual and $175 for a couple. Registration can be completed online or by printing the brochure and mailing it to:
