KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Millersville men's soccer team collected another postseason award thanks to junior Nathan Maynard's exploits on the field and in the classroom. Maynard's 3.91 GPA while majoring in Chemistry has earned him a place on the 2019 United Soccer Coaches Men's NCAA Division II Scholar All-East Region Team. It is the third postseason award for Maynard in 2019, previously collecting All-PSAC East First Team and All-Atlantic Region Second Team honors.
Maynard was a fixture in the defensive backline for the Marauders, leading the team in minutes played with 1,977 total for the season. He also chipped in with two goals and two assists on the offensive end and has been an important piece in the Marauders' run of back-to-back PSAC championships.
