POST GAME REACTION FROM HEAD COACH STEVE WIDDOWSON
•
On today's performance: "Very proud of the team, especially having to come from two goals behind. It was a tough game to start with but we made it even tougher with a poor start."
• On the intensity of the game: "It was a playoff game in intensity and intent. These are two good teams with very little between them. Today was our day fortunately enough but we are going to be battling each other for several more years. We have a good game plan I feel for when we play them. It's about executing it and once we started doing that the game started to turn.
•
On the upcoming week of rest: "Having midweek off is very important right now. We have some injuries that need the recovery time and tired legs from today. It should put us exactly where we need to be for the last week and playoffs. I also want to thank the awesome alumni support out at the game today. They were a huge part of today's win and we love seeing and hearing them on the sidelines."
