
Millersville University Athletics to host Dining with Champions

Millersville, Pa. - Millersville University Athletics will host its second annual Dining with Champions Scholarship Dinner and Auction on Thursday, April 26 in Pucillo Gymnasium. The event features a reception, silent auction, dinner, and keynote speaker, Scott Martin '02. All proceeds from the event support student-athlete scholarships and programs.
Dining with Champions will celebrate Millersville's finest athletes and their achievements. The reception and silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m., with dinner following at 7 p.m. Awards for Male and Female Career Achievement, Distinguished Scholar-Athlete, Core Values, and Community Service will be presented after dinner.
The keynote speaker, Scott Martin '02, is a lifelong resident of Lancaster and a 2002 graduate of Millersville. Martin serves as a Pennsylvania state senator representing the 13th District. As a student-athlete at Millersville, Martin was a three-time All-PSAC East First Team selection as a defensive lineman and a two-time All-America honoree. Martin was also a member of the wrestling team, placing third at the 1991 NCAA Division I East Regionals. He was inducted to the Millersville University Athletics Hall of Fame in 2007, and is also a member of the Lancaster-Lebanon Hall of Fame as well as the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame-Susquehanna Valley Chapter.
Tickets for the event are $100 for an individual and $175 for a couple. Registration can be completed online or by printing the brochure and mailing it to:
