GAME OVERVIEW
• After getting the six seed in the PSAC, Millersville went on the road to defeat Gannon 2-0 and followed it up with a 6-1 rout of West Chester in the PSAC semifinals. With the win, Millersville advances to the championship game against Mercyhurst on Sunday.
• The Marauders fell behind the Golden Rams early, but dominated the second half scoring six goals in a row.Â

Jaxson Burns evened the score at 1-1 before
Christopher Sosa nailed a penalty kick to put Millersville ahead 2-1.
Jacob Gosselin would follow that up with a pai of goals before
Ethan Woods and
Nathan Delgado added two more late to give Millersville a 6-1 victory.
• The Marauders outshout West Chester 20-12 and
Darian McCauley registed four saves in the win.Â
THE REMATCH
• The two sides squared off Saturday when Mercyhurst topped Millersville 4-3 in Erie.
Christopher Sosa put Millersville on top before Thom Derks evened the score 1-1. Sosa would convert a penalty kick but Connor Wilkinson knotted it up at 2-2 before halftime.Â
• Mercyhurst would strike early in the second, scoring in the 52nd and the 55th to give the Lakers a 4-2 lead. The Marauders pulled one back in the 72nd when
Nathan Delgado ripped a shot from the 18 that made the score 4-3.Â
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Mercyhurst dominated the regular season, going 10-1-0 in conference play and earning the number one seed for the PSAC Tournament. After having a first round bye, the Lakers trailed Seton Hill late before Andrew Bennett scored on a header to tie the game 2-2 in the 88th minute.Â
• In overtime, Jorge Gonzalez fired a shot from the 18 that beat the keeper to give the Lakers a 3-2 victory.Â
• Thom Derks and Jorge Gonzalez power the attack for the Lakers, with 21 and 14 goals respectively.
PSAC HISTORY
• Millersville has made the PSAC Semifinals in nine of the last 10 seasons and won its only championship in 2011.Â
• Sunday will mark the fifth time the Marauders have appeared in the PSAC Tournament Championship under
Steve Widdowson.
• Millersville made the final in 2015, falling to Slippery Rock by the score of 2-1.
