Lancaster, Pennsylvania -- The Millersville women's swim team finished seventh out of 13 teams at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational Sunday.
The team finished with 417 team points. Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival Kutztown University finished in eighth place and four points behind the Marauders.
Emily Fusco finished third out of 24 with a time of 57.95 seconds in the 100 yard backstroke. Ariana Crossgrove finished fifth in the event with a time of 58.99 seconds.
In the 200 yard backstroke, Fusco finished fourth out of 24 with a time of 2:05.75. Madisson Cartmill finished eighth in the event with a time of 2:13.81.
The Millersville A team finished tenth out of 25 in the 400 yard freestyle relay. The team consisting of Mallory Dyson, Crossgrove, Cartmill and Rachel Malampy finished with a time of 3:42.16.
The Marauders' next event is Jan. 7, 2017 at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fl.
