Greensburg, Pa. - Millersville wrestling went one up and one down at Sunday's tri-meet against Seton Hill and Ohio Valley University. The Marauders were nipped 22-15 in a PSAC dual against Seton Hill but rebounded to improve to 5-2 on the season with a 33-13 win over Ohio Valley.

Millersville, now 1-2 in the PSAC, received two wins on the day from Ian Shannon (165), Nico Demetrio (149) and Austin Camacci (125). Camacci was the beneficiary of a pair of forfeits. Shannon improved his record to 6-0 in duals. Millersville won three of the nine contested matches against Seton Hill. In addition to Camacci's six points with the forfeit, Demetrio won 9-6 over Tanner Druck, and Shannon picked up a decision and 285-pounder David Wuestner won 11th time this season, topping Alex Soutiere, 4-2. Shane Ruhnke, at 157 pounds, suffered a rare defeat, losing for only the third time in 19 bouts. His loss, a 9-4 decision, was to Zack Voytek, the No. 4-ranked wrestler in Super Region 1.

Against Ohio Valley, Millersville opened by winning each of the first six matches, building a 33-0 lead, thanks in part to three OVU forfeits. Of the three contested matches, Millersville won two by fall. Sam Oberlander (133) pinned Hagan Root at the 4:28 mark. After Thomas Nulty's decision at 141, Demetrio pinned Eli Stewart in 1:40.

Millersville's annual "Shorty" Hitchcock Memorial Classic is one week away on Jan. 18. Action from Pucillo Gymnasium is set to begin at 9 a.m.
