39th Annual Millersville Turkey Trot Scheduled for Thanksgiving Day

Millersville, Pa. - The Millersville cross country and track and field teams has announced the date for its 39th annual Millersville Turkey Trot. The 5K race is set for Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24 at 9 a.m.
Both runners and walkers are welcome to compete. There are seven different age groups and winners for each group. Random awards will also be drawn for all contestants. The overall male and female winners receive $100. Second place male and females win $50.
The race starts at Pucillo Gymnasium on the Millersville University campus. There is a benefit to signing up early. If registered before Nov. 11, the cost is $20 with a t-shirt. After Nov. 11, participants can sign up at Pucillo Gymnasium on the day of the race from 7 a.m.-8:15 a.m. The cost for race-day registration is $25.
There are two methods of early registration. Participants can register online by clicking here. A mail-in form is also available by clicking here.
Proceeds from the race benefit the Millersville cross country and track and field programs.
