Millersville Athletics to Hold Carnival Day Saturday

Millersville, Pa. – Come join Skully, the Marauder and Cylo of the Lancaster Barnstormers on Saturday, Jan. 23 when Millersville University Athletics and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee holds its ninth annual Take a Kid to Carnival Day, featuring the men's and women's basketball doubleheader against Bloomsburg in Pucillo Gymnasium.
Kids ages 11 and under receive free admission with the purchase of an adult ticket. There will be free games such as kickball, dizzy bat, tire throw and ring toss, along with face painting, tattoos and coloring contests. Prizes are included.
There will also be opportunities to visit with Cylo, Skully and the Marauder. Activities will begin during halftime of the women's game and continuing throughout the day. Following the games there will be an autograph session with the Millersville athletes for Marauders Kids Club Members.
Carnival Day will begin at 12:30 p.m., with tip-off for the women's game scheduled for 1 p.m, followed by the men's game at 3 p.m.
