Bill Bohn was a standout performer for four seasons wearing the Black and Gold.
Bohn earned 1991 PSAC Men’s Soccer Athlete of the Year honors when he capped his career with a sparking senior season. He tallied club records for goals (20) and points (45)--MU season standards that stood for seven years. Bohn not only led the PSAC in scoring, but also was ranked second among NCAA-II players nationwide in goals and was third in points.
As a senior, Bohn scored nine, match-winning goals to lead the ‘Ville to a then-club record 13 victories (13-3-2 overall record). He scored at least one goal in 12 consecutive matches--another Marauder milestone.
A two-time All-PSAC Eastern Division first team choice, Bohn helped pace Coach Bob Charles’s booters to the 1990 division championship and a berth in the PSAC Tournament finals.
He scored 38 goals and 11 assists for 87 points in his career; the goal and assist marks stood until 1998. And, he helped Millersville attain 45 victories from 1988 to 1991--and in every season the Marauders recorded at least 10 victories.
Bohn has remained active in the sport as a youth coach with the Central Bucks Soccer Club. That organization has sent teams to competitions in 10 states.
As an undergraduate at Millersville, Bohn earned a bachelor of science in education degree in biology in 1991.
Today, Bill is employed by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and is part of the company's e-Business technology infrastructure group, based in Great Valley, Pa.
