The most prolific offensive talent in the long history of the Millersville women’s lacrosse program, Sabrina Fusco shattered program records as she became one of only two Marauders named All-PSAC four times.

From 2015-18, Fusco set Millersville marks for goals and points in a season, career goals, and career points. She totaled at least 60 points in all four seasons, while no other Marauder reached that mark more than twice. She also scored 44 or more goals four times, becoming the first Marauder with four seasons of at least 40 goals. Fusco finished her career with 277 points and 223 goals—a staggering 52 more goals and points than Millersville Hall of Fame member Liz Weekley.

Fusco’s impact was immediate as she won the program’s first PSAC Freshman of the Year award after setting Millersville freshman records for goals (52) and points (63). She ranked third in the PSAC in goals as a freshman, setting the stage for her historic career. Fusco added an All-PSAC Second Team honor after scoring 56 goals as a sophomore, helping her team back to the postseason for the first time in more than a decade. She landed All-PSAC Third Team recognition with 44 goals and 16 assists as a junior in 2017.

As a senior, Fusco’s unstoppable scoring led Millersville to 10 wins, marking the first time in 28 years it had produced double-digit wins in two of three seasons. She served as a team captain, scored at least two goals in every game, and in the final game of her career, she tallied seven goals against Seton Hill to build her season total to 71, breaking the program’s single-season scoring record. Fusco led the PSAC in goals, garnering All-PSAC honors and becoming the first Marauder since 2003 to earn IWLCA All-Region First Team recognition. At the conclusion of the season, Fusco represented Millersville at the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game.

Also a standout student, Fusco earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete status four times and a spot on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll as a senior. A psychology major with minors in criminology and sociology, Fusco graduated with a 3.7 GPA. As a graduate assistant coach at Lincoln Memorial University, Fusco earned a master’s degree in criminal justice with 4.0 GPA. After graduation, Fusco built a career in IT services and project solutions.
