Brigid Kavanaugh started the 2016 portion of the schedule with a first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle at the Lynn University Relays. She posted a time of 25.37 to win. She then finished fifth in the 100-yard freestyle. She totaled 20 points to help the Marauders finish third at the event.
