Sophomore Robby Rowe opened the spring season with a fifth-place finish in a field of 104 golfers at the St. James Plantation Invitational. Rowe's 1-under-par 71 in the second round helped him to a 7-over-par total in the three-round tournament. It was the best 54-hole score of his career.
