Freshman Chris Edgar helped the Marauders to a four-game series sweep of Virginia State by going 5-for-11 with five runs scored and five RBIs. He also went 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts. Along with drawing two walks, Edgar was also hit by a pitch, putting his on base percentage at .500 for the weekend.
