Robert Coyne ran away with medalist honors at the Mercyhurst Fall Invitational, besting the runner-up by four shots. Coyne was the lone golfer to finish under par and his 4-under par score was the best by a Marauder since 2009. Coyne opened the tournament with a career-low 3-under-par 69 and followed it with a 1-under-par 71. While Coyne has finished in the top 10 in three of four tournaments this fall, this was the first tournament title of his career. His play also led Millersville to the team crown, besting seven total teams and five PSAC programs.
