Elicia Anderson continued her stellar senior outdoor season. She grabbed an automatic qualifier for the first time this season in the 10,000-meter run. Anderson’s time of 34:22.88 was five seconds shy of her own school record in the event. It assures her a spot at the NCAA Division II Championships in May. She already had provisional-qualifying times in this event as well as in the 5,000-meter run. This time will likely garner her a fourth PSAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week for the season. She currently leads all PSAC women in each of the three major distance events this season (3K, 5K, and 10K).
