In his first collegiate meet, Marquis White posted the second-fastest 60-meter dash time in the PSAC this season and won the race at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals event. White's 6.89 was a NCAA Division II provisional qualifying time and set a school record, which at 7.03 had stood since 2007. White is also the first athlete (other than cross country/track athletes) to win the Athlete of the Week award in two sports in the same year. He won the honor as a running back with the football team on Nov. 14.
