Elicia Anderson broke a fifth school record and earned her second automatic bid to the NCAA Championships. Anderson was the only non Division I runner in the women’s 5,000-meter championships at the Penn Relays Thursday evening. She finished eighth out of 28 competitors in a time of 16:27.44, a full second ahead of Michigan State’s Carlie Green. Anderson has now broken a combined five school records between the indoor and outdoor seasons.
