Alicia Hughes ended the season with wins in back-to-back starts. She took down East Stroudsburg in an 8-0 win and then shutout Bowie State through five innings. Hughes shut down the Warriors’ lineup. She surrendered just one hit in the second inning to and went the full seven innings. Hughes only struck out one batter but forced 12 of the 17 to ground out. In game two against Bowie State she pitched five shutout innings, striking out five and walking none before exiting the game.
