Elicia Anderson set her second Millersville record of the outdoor season and her fourth overall on Saturday when she smashed former All-American Priscilla Jenning's 3,000-meter run mark by 12 seconds. Anderson, running in front of the home crowd at the Millersville Metrics, posted a time of 9:43.75 and took first place. She finished 13 seconds in front of the runner-up.
