Millersville, Pa. – The Millersville wrestling team won 46-9 against American International on Senior Day. Millersville's win included seven AIC forfeits.

Redshirt junior 174-pound Kyle Narber claimed his third win of the season. Narber recorded a 14-4 major decision victory over Isaiah Collins. Narber's win increased the lead to 34-6 over the Yellow Jackets with two matches left.

At heavyweight, senior Zachary Yackenchick and Jenard Rosemond battled each other until final seconds of the match. Yackenchick started with a takedown to take a 2-0 lead with less than a minute left in the first period. Then Rosemond got an escape that Yackenchick immediately answered with another takedown for a 3-1 lead at the end of two periods. Rosemond eventually took the lead 5-3 by the start of the third period. Yackenchick came back and scored a takedown to tie the match at 5-5 with a minute left in the match. With seconds left, Rosemond escaped and scored a takedown for an 8-5 lead. Rosemond claimed a 9-5 decision victory with riding time.

At 149 pounds, American International's Baltazar Gonzalez faced Millersville freshman 149-pound Eric Fuentes. Gonzalez started quickly with a 4-1 lead within the first two minutes of the first period. Gonzalez finished the match by pinning Fuentes at the 4:26 mark.

In the exhibition match, junior Jared Fetterman was down 3-2 at the start of the second period against Raul Martinez. Fetterman fought back and ended the match with a pin at 4:28. Fetterman scored his third fall of the season.
