For the first time in six years the Millersville women’s volleyball team opened its campaign with a 3-0 mark as the Marauders blanked all of their opponents at the Dutch Country Spiketacular Saturday in Pucillo Gymnasium. This also marks the first time since 1998 that the Black and Gold have won the tournament, and the first time in tournament history that Millersville defeated all of its opponents.

The sun was hot and the air was humid on Monday afternoon, and the 2010 preseason officially began for the Millersville women’s volleyball team. First-year interim head coach Brian Smith kicked things off with a timed run around Chryst Field, followed by drills in Brooks Gymnasium.
