Sloppy stretches of play almost doomed the Millersville women's basketball team on Wednesday night, but when it needed someone to step up, senior Raquel Green was there to deliver. Green totaled game highs of 19 points and 12 rebounds as the Marauders beat East Stroudsburg 55-46 at Pucillo Gymnasium for their ninth win in 10 games.

The Marauders had also won 38-straight meetings against Cheyney. But that's why the games are played. Millersville scored just 17 first half points, and Cheyney capitalized, handing the Marauders their first PSAC East loss of the season, 67-58.
